Johnny Welsh, Award-Winning Non-Fiction Writer - Episode 2010



SHOW NOTES

Johnny Welsh is an award-winning nonfiction writer and 2019 Colorado Author's Hall of Fame nominee, living in Frisco, Colorado.
His first book, Weedgalized in Colorado: True Tales From The High Country, about the legalization of marijuana in Colorado, won two awards from Readers' Favorite. His current book is Paper Maps, No Apps: An Unplugged Travel Adventure is an Award-Winning Finalist in the Non-Fiction Narrative category of the 2019 Best Book Awards sponsored by American Book Fest Five Star Award from Readers' Favorite.

Johnny has been working as a professional bartender for over twenty years. He has a degree in Italian Language, Literature, and Culture, from Syracuse University. Johnny will tell that his five years of university study, he earned a degree, which has been a great prerequisite for a lifelong career in the mixology arts, and he can dictate funny bar stories in two different languages. His latest hobby is twisting these topics into books.
